WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU DID SOMETHING FOR THE FIRST TIME?
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TOOK A MOMENT FOR YOU?
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CHALLENGED YOURSELF TO SOMETHING THAT MADE YOU NERVOUS BUT IS GOOD FOR YOU?
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FELT TRUE GRATITUDE?
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FELT CONNECTED TO SOMEONE ELSE?
BEING IN NATURE HAS A WAY OF TAPPING INTO THE RAW TRUTH OF MOMENTS

ARE SAYING
Thanks so much Sedonia Dunkley for leading us on this wonderful journey. I learned so much about myself and the role nature has played in shaping who I am. Looking forward to a replay *hint hint*.

Never have I hugged a tree and the smile on my face is all you need to see and perfectly sums up how I enjoyed myself during my Outdoor Connect experience w/ Sedonia Dunkley.

It was an amazing 2 hours. She helped us connect and relate our inner child with nature. It was interactive activities throughout our hike. And then we went deeper into our therapeutic nature experience as we sat by the lake. It was my 2nd time doing this program and I highly recommend it. Thank you Sedonia I truly enjoyed your program and your beautiful spirit!
